Incorrect or Defective Items: If an error was made on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item), OpenOffice will cover the return shipping. Additionally, customers may request a replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect item and send the correct item with upgraded shipping at no extra charge.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks. This period includes transit time, authorization checks, and payment processing. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at refund@openoffice.store. We will notify you by email once your returned item has been received and processed.

Electronic Delivery: OpenOffice will verify all electronic licenses or product keys through a manufacturer verification process to ensure they have not been activated or tampered with. Once verified, a refund minus a 12% service fee will be issued to the original payment method.

Open Licenses & Retail Licenses: OpenOffice may apply a 15% restocking fee on all fulfilled Open License and Retail License orders.
